Why do I need to sign up and give my email address to submit my high scores? |
You don't! You can submit your score as a guest without signing up for anything. Signing up for an account will get you a name that only you can use when submitting scores. It also will allow you to look up your past scores and choose a colorful icon to appear next to your name.

I signed up for an account, so how long will it take for me to get my email? |
When you sign up your password will be sent to you automatically and immediately. Most people will receive it within minutes. However, some ISPs like AOL take a long time to process email from the Internet, as much as hours.

When you sign up your password will be sent to you automatically and immediately. If you do not get your email within 24 hours, you can assume that you or your ISP has blocked the email. It is very common for users and ISPs to turn on spam filtering, not realizing that it will also block email that they want to receive. Some users even use features offered by their ISPs, particularly AOL, to block ALL email from people who are not in their address book. In these cases, it is useless to email us about your password because we will not be able to respond to you.

I forgot my password. How do I get it back? |

Your password was sent to you in an email. You should print out or write down your password. At least, you should save that email. If you have lost your password, you might want to try looking through your old emails, when ones in your email program's "trash" to see if you can find it. Otherwise, we do not yet have a function to help people who have lost passwords.
